Default The Repro Project on quail

My buddy, Chuck, and I opened up the quail season here today. This is the one who had the single trigger DHE raffle gun, and traded around a bit, and ended up with the Repro, from a fellow PGCA member.
The gun and shooter performed well, and killed a true double with the first two shots fired.
As a bonus, I ran my little rescue dog, Riley, and she performed flawlessly!
We stopped at five birds, and walked back to the house. Not wanting to put to much pressure on our local birds.

Five is the perfect number for me. Chuck will come out Friday, and we'll cook em up. Legs separately, of course.
Stir fried in butter and garlic, the boys get two each, and my wife has one.
Little Riley made poppa proud today. Did some pretty tough retrieves, all delivered right to my hand.
From now, through the end of the season, I will shoot any and all sporting clays with a SxS, alternating between a Parker or two, and a M-21 Winchester.
