Default Season is over

Got out this weekend for the close of grouse here. No birds, but a nice walk with a beautiful lady on my arm on a beautiful day. Happy New Year, gents.

Almost looks as if you are headed to a driven shoot! I think hunting the last day might be more important to me than getting out on the first. Sorry you did not find birds, but you obviously were successful in your hunt.

You look more dressed up for a grouse hunt than most of the people on average at church on Sunday morning. Very classy.

The season for the four legged brown cloven hooved rats goes out Saturday but I’m pretty sure I’m done . Sinus issues can kill the best laid plans !

Rick
Thank you sir ! They’re calling for wet weather Friday and Saturday in my region of the Old Dominion . However if it looks clear Saturday afternoon I think I’ll go sit the season out .
