Default Two 32's and a 30

As many of you know Rock Mtn here in PA has been closed since January and its Spring startup is planned for March 2. Tough on the regulars but really, much of the hiatus had especially crappy weather over that period. Mike has been busy setting the startup presentations and he invited two of us to proof the targets today in prep for opening up on Saturday. Weather was super nice with sun and a high ambient of 53 F. Three Parkers came out to play Super Sporting.... Mike's new 20g 32" VH, my 12g VHE SG named Lily, and Ross's 12g 30" VH also new to him. Nice for three friends to open the season with the Old Reliables.

It was a beautiful day with good friends. Today was the first day I shot at a clay target since mid-November. Felt good knocking off the rust!

Test run with the long barreled little lady didn't damper the spirits either I'd bet. Glad to see you're shopping in the "Mens Department" now

I’ll be shooting that 32 quite a bit. Time to get dialed in for Sanford. 😎

You need to bring that 32" 20 down he'ah this fall and shoot doves with me, Mike. We could have two 32" Parker 20s on the field at the same time. Wonder how long since that's been done?

So Rock Mountain opened for 2024 on Saturday but it was an almost all day washout and Mike said only two diehards showed to shoot in the rain. Then yesterday was a fair weather day and it was like a tourney was going on with the parking lot full; many happy shooters out burning powder. Almost all were modern gun guys and gals, but just of interest and perhaps apropos here, I saw and heard of 5 Parkers, 1 LCS and 1 CZ on the Main 100 bird course, no Foxes or other classic makers.
