We have the lesser snow geese. Interesting facts HERE
You would have both lessers and greaters coming through Quebec. The greater snow goose migration route is rather narrow compared to the pretty much continent wide migration of the lessers.
Interesting facts for greater snow geese HERE
Now if you want to know every species of bird in Saskatchewan, all 383 are listed HERE (the Passenger Pigeon is shown and noted as extinct). Those that are noted as rare or accidental are certainly that - I've hunted for decades and not encountered them. I did not know wild turkey have been surreptitiously introduced (gotta learn more about that) I have never seen a greater prairie chicken. And to think I content myself with a few roosters in the midst of all this bounty (no, we don't shoot the song birds etc etc)
Cheers,
Jack

Welcome! Hope you guyes wasen't talking about me. There's a stright grip PH on cabalas gun libary chocked good for phez and such. Got a bad repair on heel I'll bet it could be bought a little less than listed price. And I don't think you would have to pay sales tax. IMHO a great starter Parker. I would own it if I didn't have a money pit lifter I want like new once again. best ch

Calvin: Naw, just jawin' about great huntin' in Saskatchewan. Adding a Parker into the mix would make it that much more special. First Parker and first hunt in my great back-yard would be a treat for anybody smitten by the hunting bug.
Cheers,
Jack

There were a couple Vh And Trojan guns in decent shape at a small Burlington Vt. Gunshow last week which is not far from you. I don't know what would be involved now with getting a gun into Canada. We have Canadian trap shooters in Derby VT that have bought guns in the US and took them back. We also get some Canadian shooters at the Vermont state sporting clays shoot about 40 miles south of the border.
There is another shown in Barre Vt. Feb. 5th and sometimes it has some Parkers and sometimes not.
Let me know if you want me to keep an eye out.
GO HABS!
Eric
