Default BACK UP AND RUNNING!!

GOOD NEWS!! As of Saturday morning, May 2, we will be open again!! There will be restrictions in place as to distancing at the desk, number of shooters in the lodge to sign in and to pay, no coffee and hanging out in the lodge. All these are temporary, but we’re throwing targets again!!!

I sincerely wish we lived closer!

You have a camper, we have electric hook-ups and can fill your water.

Good for you. I would be there ASAP but our distance is more than social, it's a long drive. Be safe....

Our club in Mich is reopening, but are interpreting the Guv's directive that the club open only members are allowed. Really!? Watch out. She's being mentioned as Biden's VP choice.

My course is opening on Sat. It is by appointment only. I'm not sure how that is going to work. Trap, skeet and sporting clays will be open.

So happy for Mike, Susan and Tad and the other clay sports clubs here in PA. If memory serves they were mandated to close down on March 19; that's six weeks and especially tough for privately owned clubs like the Rock that totally depend on shooter turnout for income.

A comment from Lou who's on our shooting gang after hearing the news yesterday; verbatim: I don't want to shoot, I need to shoot.

Fortunately I have a Mec wooble trap and a hundred acre field to shoot in. It has kept me shooting and sane!
