Actually if you zoom in can see a hinge pin.
And the shooter is wearing a cabelas jacket in a wings supply ad.

i think that's the Rio ad

as for the Wing Supply photo - someone most either pulled it from a stock image site and did not look past the decoys or it was supplied by the decoy maker for free
