Default "Checkered All Over" Forends

Can a couple of you guys please post pictures of "Checkered All Over" factory Parker forends, showing enough views for a stockmaker to imitate? Thanks.

Hi Bill,

Will this work? I can take other shots for you as well, depending on what you'd like to see..

Best to you!

Dean, would you let me put that "checkered all over" to use on my new pigeon gun project? Send me an email if you will sell that piece. Thanks to John and Dean and anyone who can help me on this.

Bill, no need for an e-mail. I searched high and low for it a few months ago for another noted (notorious) collector but couldn't find it. I may have sold it but I really can't recall doing so...
The other collector has pursued a different route so if I find it I will certainly let you know.

I don't know who got his stuff but the late gunsmith,Morgan Holmes, had quite a few Parker stocks and forends off of guns he had restocked. Some were high grade guns too.
