Default Looking for a Dove shooter

If anyone in the MD, VA, PA or surrounding areas is interested I'm looking for a shooter to fill a spot Sept. 1st. for a dove shoot in Massey on Maryland's eastern shore. This farm has been consistent for the past few years with a great number of birds using the cut sunflower fields. Parker gun not required but highly suggested. PM me or call (410-382-4020) for details.

Don't mind at all Charlie. He's a fellow PGCA member, a fine wingshot and a long time friend. He'll be shooting a lovely, little Italian 20 gauge. Just the ticket for those little feathered rockets.

I'll have to try that someday. Sounds like a lot of fast fun!

In years past it was very very good here in central VA and on some farms if you can get an invite it still is !

But one of these years I gotta go to Colombia or Argentina for a week !

The old guys I used to know at Fairfax R&G would fly down to Brownsville Texas meet the outfitter they hunted with in Old Mexico and go for a week . At the time Mexico had the same 12 a day limit as we did . One of the better known guys from F R&G tried to get me to join them . He said shoot all you want the outfitter greased the palms of the Federalies . I never was comfortable with that regardless of whether they did or not with my luck I'd kill dove number 13 and some little Federalie guy would grab me and I'd still be behind bars down there

Reminds me of the song by the Kingston Trio back in the early sixties "So send my bail to the Tijuana Jail"...
