Default It's What They Do

Pointing dogs point (but they are of little help in refilling the bird feeder)

Garry, my Doodle dog runs around the corner and points the bird feeder every time I put the dogs out. Bird feeder was pretty quiet this winter up until this cold and snow spell. I have gone through more sunflower seed and suet than I have the rest of the winter. Supposed to moderate this week.
My buddy Terry left this morning for SD, I couldn't go because the wife planned a vacation for us later this week.

Yeah, Harrold, it looks like we may get the proverbial January thaw "out here" this coming week and next. We may head to Kansas...any place to get out of this snow(!)

I hope your vacation is to warmer climes and gives you ample time to reflect on your season...and scheme for the next.
