So I am understanding this properly the sleve makes the only difference. And what website, or you refering to a thread on this forum. Thanks for the help.

I don't know what other changes are made, but you do need to shorten your shell sizer or buy one. The website I refer to is the PW website. I went on the website and find that they don't make the 375 any more and don't give a lot of information on the tooling. Call their 800 number and talk to them. They know everything on the phone.

To load 2 1/2" shells on a P-W 375 loader set up for 2 3/4" shells is that the sizing die needs to be shortened to accommodate the shorter shell (or you can order one directly from P-W for $35) and the pre-crimp needs to be lowered.
