Default How about Foto Sunday?

I've just finished a rig of cork mallard decoys, just in time to put them away for next year. I used to carve a fair number of cedar-bodied birds, but developed an allergy to the cedar, and gave up carving for probably 25 years. Began to whittle heads (basswood) while sitting at the OGCA shows, and finally got enough that I figured I better put bodies under them. They aren't going to win any prizes, but I think that by the time the ducks figure out how bad they look, they should be toes up in the water, waiting for my Lab Daisy to pick them up.

Very nice looking blocks, I was looking at this thread yesterday and read an article in the Pa. Outdoor news that evening where a guy was hunting the Susquehanna river every day and left his 110 block spread out for the season only to find someone had taken every one of them including some that were made by his hand.. I could only think what would look very nice on the pathetic thieves... A 120 pound Chesapeake....
