Thanks Charlie and Daniel. The old photos of our loved ones mean so much. My father was 6' 0". He was quite a sportsman and used that same shotgun for all of his bird hunting.

I may have posted this before (my memory is very good, it's just short).
This my Dad and me on my first duck hunt on the Chester River on Maryland's eastern shore. Probably around 1955. Ducks were shot with his M31 Remington, which I still use as my duck gun today

Nope. Too young. Did fire the gun in the direction of a huge raft of ducks 400 yards away, in the hopes of getting them to move. They were drawing most of the ducks to them. PS, it didn't work
