The wood and the floorplate on the D grade are great. Never seen a bird arrangement like that and nicer wood than most D's.

Interesting aftermarket ejectors on the GH. Havent seen that one (with the large screws on the action flats) before.

The 1 1/2 frame 12ga PH is all matching with 30" twist barrels but has a repair at the wrist, red pad and a nice shiny finish. The bores look good. I may keep this one also.

Here is the last one a 2 frame 12ga VH with mismatch 30" Vulcan barrel with good bores and good fit. The trigger guard is a blued mismatch as well. Kinda a hot mess but it shoots and I took it turkey hunting Monday.

I have some rough edges and age on me...I hope I can perform as well as that gun (and that someone will take me hunting, too!).

I got my letter today on the DH. It was ordered by Elisha Paull of Grass Valley, CA on Jan.4, 1894 and shipped on March 8, 1894. DH Hammerless 12ga with 30” Damascus. Special instructions were to put name on top rib. The price was $100.00 plus $20.00 for name on rib You can see where a name possibly was removed in front of the Info on the top rib. The DH was returned on Dec. 1, 1900 by Elisha Paull to restock and put in old shield. The price was $10.00.
