Those are both aftermarket modifications. And yes, they negatively affect to value. But, if you acquired her to shoot and compete, who cares. I’m speaking as one who enjoys shooting trap with a Parker, exclusively.
It can be difficult to find a vintage SBT that hasn’t been monkeyed with. It’s the way of the trap shooter.

Finding any trap gun that has not had a ton of alteration is rare. I have seen worse than this.
Usually modifications like this will mean a value that is half to 1/3rd less than it would be if it were not altered.

In looking at your photo more closely, your whole buttstock is not original factory. It was replaced later on and then modified further. The forend may not be original either.
There are a few things about the stock shape that are just not at all factory correct. And the checkering is all less than up to par.
