The best news in this post are the dates of the shoot! I missed last year and was afraid I'd miss it for several years to come, as it's always fallen on my son's birthday. With these dates, I should be able to make it this year! it's gonna be Rad! (Rad, short for Radical, an early 80's reference for you )

Wink

Good to hear that Mike.

It's never too early to start practicing. Hint Hint to my friends planning to shoot a Parker. A few pics taken yesterday at Rock Mountain that's near Hidden Hollow here in PA, before my camera froze up. Second pic is my buddy Freddy with his Elmer Fudd hat - no end of joking to keep warm. That Fox that was shipped in 1909.

Cool, Daddy-yo! And I do mean cool at O degrees. Practice here won't start until we hit a balmy 25 degrees.

Wicked Pissa! (Boston vernacular circa 1970's - current).

Frank, that looks like a very interesting Fox. Can you show us some better photo's on a new thread?

Bill your right I do have a Fox of sorts the FE 410 from CSM. I view it along the lines of the Parker reproductions in that it's not a true A.H. Fox gun but someday one will materialize

Practice who needs practice when you stink you stink and no amount of practice is going to help

Sorry Dean, I have very few pics of that Fox which is a 12 gauge CE, my favorite sporting clays gun. Barrels have a ding in one muzzle and I just sent them off today to a friend to be laser microtigged. Kind of cosmetic but it bugs me. The other option was to trim the barrels to remove the ding which I didn't want to do. I'll post some pics after they come back and I finish off the weld. Here's the pic I sent to my friend who is doing this as a favor; his business is not gunsmithing and he isn't accepting "commissions".
