Default Looking for an D-grade picture

Hi-
I'm doing a re-cut on a D grade Parker. One side has no picture- someone has removed it. As far as I can figure, the dog was the picture of a long-haired dog with the hind leg farthest from you being held out like he is pointing. the only background around the dog might have been grasses and a mound or two. Can anyone send me a photograph of a D-grade with this dog that I can use to refer to when I start engraving?
Thanks
Peg Kunkler

Scroll down to Parker Engraving and Engravers.

Scroll down to D grade.

Hi Peg,
Welcome to the pgca forum. The dogs as well as the scroll vary over the years due to different hands doing the work. If you post the serial number or at least the date of manufacture someone could post pics from a gun of the same era.

Larry's right Peg. You would want the engraving styles to match so it will be representative of the original engraving. Each engraver had his own style and some were more gifted artists than others so you wouldn't want a mis-match.
