Default another choke question

Another choke question. My 16 vhe[remington] is choked" extra full and extra full". I am going to pattern it on paper,if it patterns as it is choked would I be doing any harm in having it opened up?The gun is clean ,perfect bores, traces of case colors, certainly not real fine but yet all there and excellant shooting condition. Thanks again ,Herb

Before you remove any irreplaceable steel in your barrels, try the various spreader loads from Polywad and RST. The results are quite satisfying. Cheers!
