Also, note that 'Arms', as defined by the State Dept, Office Of Munitions and Controls, can be anything from a 155mm to a spring used in a Blackhawk. I had to get licensed by them just to take blueprints to England. I'd tell you what the prints were of, but then I'd have to kill you.
