Default Right barrel choked tighter

Looking more carefully at the Parker Letter on 49225

"The requested chokes were RH 250 pellets LH 175 Pellets. "

Low pelllet count for a 10 G, I would expect the load was 1 1/4 oz what size shot did they use to pattern ? Thought Parkers were patterned with # 7

I have a Birmingham Hammer gun choked the same way, tight right barrel more open left. You read it was done for incoming birds, first one longer shot than the 2nd. The Birmingham gun very little difference between the two chokes. On the Parker 250 vs. 175 pellets right much difference. Will get a micrometer out and measure see what the barrel size difference on this gun is

I could see pass shooting tight choke first shot could be good. Was this a common arrangement with Parkers ?
