Default where is the thread I posted this morning?

PGCA Members,
I am befuddled or perhaps my age is showing. I posted a new thread this morning regarding a BHE that is soon to come into my posession from a close friend who has inherited it. I can not find this new thread that I posted on line early this mroning and thought I posted it under the General Discussion forum, has it be moved, deleted or is it somewhere else?
I have received to private messages regarding this post. Loosing my mind is a terrible thing to waste.

I would expect it as been removed because only PGCA members are allowed to offer guns for sale and only in the for sale section.

since your request for a appraisal metioned it being for sale, and obviously you were contacted in that spirit, it seemed like an end run - whether that was your intention or not.

No, not an end run. Not my intention at all. My only point was to flag this nice firarm and seek some recommendations on where to get it appraised in view that the owner has asked me to help in unload it. Getting it appraised is just the first step in what no doubt will be a careful process. Thanks for the heads up though on the other issue.

That is viewed as a "back door" effort to sell the gun. Please join PGCA,it is a great group, and then post the gun for sale. To offer it for sale though, you must list a price.
