I was going to take the 10 gauge but there was a chance we were going to layout hunt. That 10 bore is a blind or boat gun, it's just too heavy to pull up when you're laid flat on the ground. I shot my Super Fox the first day so I could use 3 inch shells but didnt really need them. In the Fox I was running XX Winchester 1 7/8 ounce copper plated BB, for the Parker I had 1 1/2 ounce Federal Premium BB. Lead is still legal for cranes down here. I killed the goose later in the morning at another spot, shot Kent TM #3 for it.

I used 2 3/4 Kent Bismuth this weekend and it is plenty strong.
