Default Some improvement

Getting a little snow and some warmer weather with it. Up to +32 today and some melting going on. Warmer temps finally got a few birds moving though ducks ends tomorrow, goose is open until the 10th of Feb. May try a quick hunt in the AM.
32" gun is really the ticket and wish I had bought one years ago.

Looks like a lot of improvement to me. I had been thinking of getting a 32" barrel gun for waterfowl and now will move that to the "must have" list.

I highly recommend it. This one may have been a trap/duck gun as it has two ivory beads, a very straight stock for 1928 and a non auto safety which someone could have disabled later, of course. Anyway it works for me.
My hand loads of bismuth and/or nice shot both work exceptionally well in this gun. More dead in the air than not.

Hello Peter,
Beautiful. Great job on the ducks and geese. Glad your birds finally arrived. Hope you have as much luck on the geese over the next two weeks. We've had some sunny blue bird weather and everything spooks the heck out of them. Two of us probably shot only 15 birds in the last three hunts....over as many weeks. Worst January out here anyone can ever remember. Brian
