I want to thank everyone especially Brian Dudley for his help. I took the gun apart and the trip was covered in dried goop. The spring was fine but was also covered in gunk. The gun work great now and locks up tight as a drum. Except for needing the left firing pin, the gun is good to go. I will get that ordered from Brian. I love this site! Thanks again.

How did you remove your firing pins? I can’t get mine out...

Once you remove the retaining screw you can wiggle them out.

Thanks all. I got em out and have now to replace one firing pin and both retainers. I’m not even sure if the retainers on there are Parker brother made even... so, anyone have retainers for sale I’m certainly interested. ����

By the sound of things, you may not have had original bushings in that gun.
