Bill is correct. When you hit the bid button on Artfact Live your screen registers your bid & tell you if you are the high bidder. If a higher bid comes in whether from the floor, phone or internet your screen telly that you have been outbid. The screen will normally say "fair warning" at least once before the auctioneer drops the gavel. If you are the high bidder your screen will say so. You can watch on Artfact without registering but you must register & be approved to bid in order to place bids. If you have previously been an Artfact bidder approval usually takes only a few minutes.

Best Regards, George

You register with Art Fact and that is forever. However, you have to get approved by the auction house for each individual auction. It is just a matter of getting your credit card approved.

Sure would be fun to be rich. I own hundreds of nice old guns, but I've been collecting for 50 years. I wonder if I could turn some M-1's, 03's and trapdoors into Parkers.

Trouble is, this is not the time to sell a gun. No one has got the scratch. I actually was almost rich for a while and then the stock market.....well.......you know. I figger rich means a million or so in disposable cash. The value of the property that I own? Well......same thing........

But I'll tell you what, the guns that I own and the few Parkers that I have are a souce of not only pride, but lots of fun. The great things about guns, to a gun nut, is that when you open your safe and pull one out, it is just as wonderful as the day you bought it. Not much stuff is like that. Not even most women. Mine bitches like hell when I put her back into that safe.
