any recipes 16 g for ballistic products shells and wads sg16 using pb powder ?

The only load I have in my data base for PB powder with
Ballistic Products Multi-Hull 2-3/4"
Win. 209 primer
18.5 grains IMR-PB
SG-16 wad
1 oz. lead shot, 6 fold crimp
1100 FPS. @ 8350 PSI

i use 7/8 shot so 18.5 grains should be safe and less pressure ?

I think you'll find it hard to get a good crimp, unless you add filler.
However, this load should yield around 1200 FPS @ 7800 PSI with 7/8 oz.
