Default Moore’s Marinade

This is nothing spectacular so don’t expect to much . But since I’ve got an over abundance of Pheasent breasts I just cooked four in Moore’s Marinade . Let them sit in the stuff about 30-45 minutes then cook on medium high for about 8 minutes a side . They came out quite tender with a kinda Smokey taste . I’ll do it again for sure .

I assume that these are pen raised pheasants. Wild birds need nothing more than salt, pepper and butter. Much more destroys their wonderful natural taste.

Yeah pen raised all tower shoot birds . Don’t think I’ve ever had any wild pheasents .

My last two Labs have retrieved about 1400 tower birds. They think they're great!
