Sorry gents, had every intention of joining-in the festivities but the Mrs. hit a real manure maelstrom at an event she was managing and I just couldn't bail out on her. Tis the season....

FWIW, I just scheduled an emergency appointment with my ENT doc as oddly enough, my ears have been ringing since about 9:02 am yesterday morning.

PS--Hey Trav.....love the hoodie. Is that the new "Ghetto Sporting" line from Beretta?

Yes it is, you didn't see them right next to the Obama sweaters? Anyhow, I was truly disappointed you didn't show. I don't want to rub it in too much, but it turned out to be a great day. We'll try again in April.

Chris ran a clinic that demonstrated just how far out a full choke 20 gauge with 30" barrels can reach. Nice shooting!

God help us. Was this a reenactment of George Digweed's 110 yard, rising teal shot in the Addieville parking lot???

I had the pleasure of being trapped in a hot, stuffy office and watching in awe (for three-plus hours) as several thousand crows returned to the Hartford roost, in groups of 5 to 10. Ohhhhh, my kingdom for a Super Fox and a casement window!!!
