I'll second the Ballistic Products spreader inserts. The X-Stream inserts will work for 10 through 20g but to use them with the 20g you must use the brush wad. I just loaded up 60 spreaders for the 10g with the X-Stream inserts. Easy to do and doesn't add much time at all.
