Gun is on a 5 frame. Clean bores lock up good. Spurred butt plate worn checkering, no cracks in wood. No damacus finish and no case color scews where good. The gun looked good other than having no finish. Looked all original and not screwed with.

Is there a premium for grd 2 5 frames?

Travis,
That is a pretty rare gun. The premium is how bad a collector wants it. I recently restored a 6 frame 10 in similar condition. It was redone except for case colors.

That is a very reasonable price if you are into big guns.

Maybe Jeff would start a new thread and tell us about his #6 frame ten. Is it a hammer or hammerless gun? How heavy is it?

Bill you didn't see it at the Vintagers? He had it there and I think on the table, I know cause I picked it up for him. Eric
