Default reset rod

Took reset rod out and cleaned it with 0000 steel wool. Ran a drill bit back and fourth by hand in the hole, everything is back together and works as it should. Stoned a few mating surfaces. Thanks to all and a special thanks to Brian for the professional input. T.

Talk about timing. I took my GH out of the case tonight for a wipe down and experienced the same problem Tom did. Lot of force required to push the lever over and the safety button to off. This hasn’t happened before and its a new stock.

I’ve never disassembled a Parker before but once I take it apart the fix sounds simple enough. I’m looking at the parts illustration under technical information on the website but I don’t see the reset rod. Is this the safety pin (part 26) that slides through the stock?
