Default Looking for D2's

Looking for anyone with a Grade 2 hammer gun in the serial number range 58310-58319. I have 58320 which is a 32" D2 1 frame and am curious as to the engraving patterns, butt plates, etc. on this range of guns. They are 11 D2's with 30 or 32" barrels, capped PG, top lever guns and would love to compare notes.
Thanks,
Daryl

Default First GH 10 ga

Joe Wood has posted his GH on here in the past. It is the earliest GH so far found.

Best, Austin

Sorry; did not see that this was limited to hammer guns; there is a run of D2's 58310 - 58320

Default D2 Hammer gun

Daryl,
I have just acquired # 43694 with 32 inch damascus barrels. It has the Parker grip cap and the Parker Bros. butt plate with the dog's head. The gun is in very good condition and is choked IC/ Im. It is scheduled to deal with some pheasants this weekend.
