John it's only scary if you are standing on the 16 yard line when the rest of us are shooting from the 27. The rest of the big bore stuff is just compensating

PS. It's 17 degrees here right now, that is about 17 degrees warmer than the first New Years Day shoot we had two years ago.

I'm with you John. I don't own a 10 so I'll be shooting my tightest 12.... if I'm allowed to play.

This sounds like a lot of fun and hope to make it this year. While browsing the club's site, I found this link. Seems there is quite of turn out of people and some very nice Parkers...

OK reminder time, The Parker NYD fun shoot is one week from today. Shooting ranges open at 9AM. This is being held at the Major Waldron Sportsmans Association in Barrington NH. Directions to club are here:

http://majorwaldron.com/web/about/index.htm

We have two combination fields, trap and skeet, we have the ability to throw wobble trap and modern skeet (up and down machines). Last year we shot a 100 target "program" consisting of 50 trap and 50 skeet targets. Cost was $5.00 per round ($4.50 is the standard non-member rate and .50 was put into a pot winner take all).

Bring warm clothes, warm boots, shooting glasses and ear protection, and guns suitable for both trap and skeet shooting.

Everyone is encouraged to bring as many Parker's as want and all food donations are most welcome.

Can we get a head count of who is planning on attending, perhaps rather than burying this post you can hit "thank you" indicating you plan to come.

Thanks, Pete
