Default DHE Double Trap gun

While trap shooting tonight, I decided to try the DHE double trap I bought for my life friend Mark. The first time I shot it at trap was tonight and I scored a 25 the only round I shot with it. The gun fits me perfectly and handles like a dream. It's a true closet gun original finish untouched and shot very little. I was lucky to find it.

Very nice, Tom. That’s a fine gift. It would be a lot of fun shooting trap with a classic double. I will give it a shot.

Congrats on a perfect round. Never did care much for regular trap but I do enjoy wobble and doubles trap.

Great shooting!! Did that gun come out of Schenectady by any chance?

In 1914, Woolfolk Henderson won the GAH with a 98x100 from 22 yards, the Amateur Championship of U.S. with a 99x100 from 16 yds, and the Amateur Doubles Championship of the U.S. with 90x100 from 16 yds.

In 1909, 1911 & 1912, Fred Gilbert had the High Averages for Double Targets

Toward the end of 1901, Gilbert received his new Parker DH SN 103649; no dolls head, no ejectors, 32” barrels, ordered by Russell Klein, Gilbert’s brother-in-law

Not sure how that all worked Dave.
Henderson WAS a Peters Co. Representative, but could still compete as an amateur. He used a Parker as an amateur, then when he became a Professional in 1912 a Lefever, but returned to Parker again as an amateur in 1914.
