My 16's work well with Unique and 7/8 oz. I do have to put a filler in the wad take up some shot space.

William;
Try some Downrange DR16 wads. You can load 3/4, 7/8 and 1oz. loads and not have to change a thing on your loader.

DR 16 is the one for sure, none to be had though. I hear DR has some sort of production problem with it. Recobs is supposed to get the first shipments.

There is a nice small gas station combo gun and fishing shop on the outskirts of Burlington,Vt. named Ditillios-very friendly and popular. After starting this post not very optimistically I figured I'd stop in and take a chance and check on powder. Woo hoo To my surprise I scored 4 pounds of Universal.
That will keep my sixteens in operation for quite some time.
Got to reminiscing with one of the regulars and we concluded that the manufacturers are discontinuing all those nice powders that smelled good.

i stopped in a shop Tuesday and asked about international clays - they confirmed it is available again and that a shipment is expected this weekend -
