I shot some Herter's 16s and rsts last Sunday. Both work well, but the rsts were less recoil by far.

Thanks for the replies. I ordered the Herters 16ga, 1oz. dove and quail loads. I got 2 flats for the price I would have paid for 1 flat of RST's. I'll just have to put up with a little more recoil.
