Default Titewad

I found 1 lb of Titewad that I bought. Somewhere I read of a load using 15.5 gr of TW and 7/8 oz in a low pressure load. I have Rem and WAA hulls, the win WAAL 7/8 wad, and have W209, CCI209, and Fed209A primers. Anybody use that load? Haven't seen it listed in my reloading manuals.
Another question, was told I could interchange any Federal load with any straight walled hull, such as cheddites( have a few 100 of the green Herters/cheddite hulls(12ga) . True?

Thanks Dave, I should be able to drop down to 7/8 then. Anyone know about the Federal/straight walled hull question?
