Default Why aren't there more collector associations????

Why have not more vintage shotgun associations formed??? No Ithaca or Winchester 21 or Model 12 collector groups or Remington model 10 or 11 groups? Many of us are interested in more than Parkers. If vintage shotgun gatherings are to continue and expand more non sxs should be included in my opinion. What say you?.

We all know that the Win 21 group would be far superior than any of the others, right?

I guess there was something close to forming for Ithaca years ago with Walt Snyder and I think John Batzold was even involved.

There is some sort of something with Baker guns that was formed years ago.

It really comes down to dedicated people wanting to do it and hoping it takes off. And the interest has to be there for it to take off.

The problem with forming a Model 21 group is that, compared to say Parker shotguns, they only made 30 plus thousand guns versus 242 thousand Parker’s. LC Smith made even more. Vintage pump guns would be a good group. Lump them all together and you have millions of guns. Just my .02 cents!

Five life memberships pay for one $5000 suit for Wayne LaPierre or 10 percent of the monthly mortgage payment on his Texas cottage.

$40 , or about the cost of a tank of gas, pays for an annual membership here. The PGCA president and directors receive no payment .

Usually collectors associations dont sell your information or constantly ask for more money.

If a person is unable to pay the $40 for an annual membership , we have in the past provided help if a person needs it.

My 2 cents but Wayne has got to go. NRA has been on the wrong side far to often and as far as I know have never stepped up to help a member in a 2A case. But they always ask for money, got tired of it and dropped out 20 years ago. Put my money into other 2A orgs and into our events.
