It is pretty common on high end English and Italian side locks, and I happened to have a set.

That's a beautiful case. Those Philips head screws are gonna drive Dean crazy.
I like the French edging around the spare locks. Very time consuming to make those. |

Good luck with that, David. I've been checking my mailbox every day, and still haven't gotten mine. Maybe because my hinge takes 32 screws.
Jamestown distributors has them. I think I should have used #3 but the #4 barely sticks up, and no one but Dean will notice. |
