Thumbs down Parker D single Trigger Question

Hello,
I purchased this Parker D serial # 122229 (1903). It has a single trigger (1920). Notice the doohicky on top.

Sorry, I'm a Barney Rubble in a George Jetson world. I'll find a kid to do it when school is out today.
It is a 12ga D Grade with Damascus Barrels. The single trigger must be a add-on. I am sending for a letter on the gun. Sorry about the picture. I liked the thumbs down though. Kinda cute.

Thanks Dean. I sent them. I always thought my granddaughter's "Disney Princess" camera took great pictures until now.

This is Larry's Parker with the single trigger.

Opinions as to maker?... either Parker Single Trigger or Infallible are my thoughts.
