The Season Is Officially Open!

We opened the season with a limit of doves in the Parker Valley of Az. Please forgive me, that’s a LeFever in the picture. My Parker’s happen to be in the shop just now.

Charlie,

It was lots of fun. It was my first outing with the gun. It’s choked very tightly. I used 2.5”, 7/8 oz RST spreaders in the right barrel and non-spreaders in the left. I had a lot of high overhead and long crossing shots and it worked very well. It’s a 16ga and weighs 6lb. Dimensions are perfect for me. I’m really happy with the gun!

I bought the gun and found the shells based on recommendations from the good folks on this forum. Thanks to all!

Nice going Brett. It's hard to beat a LeFever. One of the more shootable guns in my arsenal.
