[QUOTE=Bobby Cash;26504] Is there any way to see how long the broke buyers' account has been in effect.
Yes there is. Just click on buyer's feedback. This particular buyer registered on 8/7/2005. |

I bid on a set of Trojan barrels several weeks ago, the buyer registered in the last 15 minutes and begged out of the deal with the seller. Seller then contacted me and offered them to me at my 1st bid. This is what should have been done in this case. This kind of mess makes the real bidders BIDS valueless. It is an insult to their time and Gunbroker should not allow that gun back up for sale. Gunbroker for all practical purposes is now a potential trap for well intentioned buyers.

Can I get an answer to my question? Thanks. I agree, the reserve function on gunbroker is ridiculous.

Interesting criteria for return privileges, "Gross Misrepresentation".

Gentlemen,
I bought a nice Grade 3 two-barrel 10 bore from Tommygun this past year. I picked it up at his home and talked with him for quite a while. Tom is a gun dealer and tries to make a profit on most sales. That stated, I would certainly buy from him again. Mark |
