Default Just got my "Parker Story"

OK, so after talking with the guys at HHHSC at the Parker booth, I contacted DGJ last week and ordered my copy of the 2 volume set. I am building my SxS library and wanted to add the Parker Story to it. They have blemished copies for under $200. So I jumped at that offer. That much info in 2 volumes for under $100/book!! It arrived today. I was perusing through the 2 books and let me tell ya, if there's a blemish I can't find it!! Great quality book!! I am very pleased. Kudos to all who invested their time, sweat and knowledge into producing such a nice set!!

I'm glad you ordered it Mike. Now you need to read both volumes cover to cover. I did when I got mine more than twelve years ago. It took me about three months (part time) to complete the task. You'll find that you will absorb a great deal of the information plus you'll have a better idea of how to use it as a constant reference source.
Best, Dean

Are they providing the Errata sheets with the copies they are selling now?

Yes they are. My set came with 2 sheets. The sheets also say the corrections are supposed to be already in volume II.

I just recieved mine this week, and while I haven't been able to read as much of it as I would like so far, I am mightily impressed.

The set would really look nice with some kind of sleeve for both to sit in. My copy of the King Ranch by Tom Lea is sleeved and it really makes it look sharp.

Anyway, enjoying the reading a great deal.

Look online... there are places that sell slipcases of all sizes and dimensions.
