That is the question I am asking. Did Parker Repro have some few guns bone charcoal hardened? I think mine is done that way and it came from Parker Repro that way. Not a big deal, just curious.
If I am understanding this thread correctly, Brian Dudley indicated its possible. The gun was in process and sent to NJ then whatever gunsmith finished it could have well done true case color hardening.
