I can't remember, but would assume Titanic BBL's. It was a California gun, that I saw at a pigeon shoot.
It was amazing, looking back, at some of the treasures that would show up at pigeon shoots back in the day. |

While small gauges and long barrels are not favored by all, they seem to be popular and bring a lot of attention. Here's one , a DHE 20/32, that I've been told would be presently valued at around $15,000 to $20,000 and which many people have inquired about. Lots of case colors left. A 28 would be more, assuming same condition.

Edwin Hedderly, the editor of Western Field magazine got a Parker Bros. DHE-Grade 32-inch barrel 28-gauge. Hedderly's order was placed April 4, 1911. It had a 15 1/2 inch length-of-pull a Silvers recoil pad and no safety, just exactly like the 20-gauge he ordered on February 10, 1911.
In thumbing thru the grades in The Parker Story, I total up about 44 or 45 32-inch barrel 28-gauges. |

Does anyone know how many 32" BBL'd 28 gauge guns were made, and how many in D Grade?
