From the looks of the video the recoil isn't as bad as you might think. those big bore rifles were used to hunt tiger in India from the backs of Elephants and in Africa for dangerous game.

Thanks for the link. I would love one of those. I was so Psyched up after watching it I took my by comparison PUNY 375 H&H out to the range, Shooting soft nose 300gr it still blew 1/2" holes through 1/2" steel plate. I cant imagine what that monster in the video would do with a solid.

i ve shot a 5 gallon can filled with water with the 8 ga round ball with weight of 2 ounces it will really impress you...i can imagine what a 2 bore would do to the can...charlie
