I watched it online today at work. I checked back in every couple of hours until they hit the Foxes and Parkers in the auction. I think the A-1 Special 20ga went for $150,000 or more. The one I found most interesting was the Parker "Try Gun", which went for $10,000.

Hey George,

I actually wrote all of the hammer prices down on the Parkers if anyone is interested. If I can remember tomorrow I'll check the list while I'm at work on the Annie Oakley Gun.

A couple of years ago, a try gun, maybe the same one, went for $8000. These are great bargains for such rare guns. $150,000 for the A-1, not so much. I hope one of us now owns the A-1. Maybe Bruce will be posting pictures.

Ok, for those interested, here is the link to day two of the Julia's Auction so you can see the description of the gun to match the hammer prices I have listed here. The Parkers started with lot #2539, the Annie Oakley Gun.

http://jamesdjulia.com/auctions/div_....asp?pageREQ=2

Annie Oakley Gun - $25,000
A1 Special 20ga - $145,000
.410 PHE - $50,000
DHE 28ga Straight Grip - $31,500
BHE 12ga Straight Grip - $16,000
Parker "Try Gun" - $10,000
.410 VH - $12,000
.410 VH - $11,000
CH with Bernard Barrels - $4,000
DHE 12ga - $5,500
SC Trap Gun - $8,000
VH 12ga - $4,000
VH 20ga - $3,500
VHE 20ga - $2,500
DHE Two Barrel Set - $2,500

For those of you who crossover like I do and check out the Foxes too, there were some nice ones auctioned off just before the Parkers.

FE Upgrade - $9,500
CE 20ga 30" Barrels - $16,200
B 20ga - $5,500
A Grade Cutaway - $4,000

Now, the question again, was anybody here lucky enough to pick up one or more of these?

Wow, a CH with Bernard bbls for only 4000.00??? I don't care what gauge that's in, that sounds like a real good deal. Unless it was all beat to hell!!
