That is a great service to preserve the past. Any serouse Parker person reads all the history books about Charles Parker and his family. This info ties peaple and product together. Its only fitting we preserve the all things tied to the Parker guns history. Makes me proud of the PGCA.....nice article....thanks JoeRags for starting this post and the link. SXS ohio

It really is amazing to see Parker enthusiasts pull together like this. Up until a few years ago, this cemetery was in shambles. Kind of forgotten about, overgrown and not maintained for years. Check out this article:

I've lived in Meriden for years, and there are not many people here that appreciate the history this city was built on.

Kudo's to PGCA and their effort! Glad to see someone cares about the incredible history of Meriden!

This is a very heart warming story. It's nice to see people doing nice things, just for the sake of doing something nice.

Thank you to everyone who helped with this project!!!!

I'll be there with camera and will try to get a picture of Dave taking a bow for the Parker Pages article in the Winter 2012 Issue.

Thank you Dave and all involved in this wonderful undertaking. (No pun intended.)

When I was introduced to this association I was told of the astute knowledge and help available from the membership here about the Parker Brothers Shotgun. But, this shows
the true respect for the history of not just the guns but of the Parker family and the people of Meriden that made so many quality products.

Thanks again!
