Default 2020 Parker Gun Collectors Association Raffle Gun

The 2020 PGCA raffle gun is 20 gauge VHE serial # 199945. The drawing is expected to take place at the Spring Southern SxS Parker banquet. Confirmation of this will be in the next few weeks. The gun will be at Pheasant fest and your tickets will be in the mail early in the new year.

Specifications on this fine example of a Parker small bore are:
28” Vulcan steel barrels
Choked 0.005/0.015 - Imp. Cyl/Mod.
Chambers are 2 3/4”
Length of pull 14 13/16” to vintage Noshoc pad with cut out for the inlay of a factory but plate (spur) on the heel still intact, without pad 14”
Drop at comb 1 5/8”
Drop at heel 2 3/4”
Frame size - 0
Barrel unstruck weight 3lb 5oz, now 2lb 15.5oz
Gun weight 6lb 10.5oz

This gun has been tastefully refreshed by the team at Bachelder’s Master Gunmakers Inc. Grand Rapids Mich.

Sweet ! May I ask a dumb question ? It is said to have a Noshoc pad with widows peak. What is a widows peak ? I never heard the term before. Thanks look forward to seeing it at the Southern.

It is more commonly referred to as a “spurred” butt plate.
