Smile 3 1/2 Magnum shells

Anyone using a Merc JR to reload 3 1/2 Mag shells, do I need some kinf of adapter from Merc? Please advise, also looking for 3 1/2 recipe for turkey loads.

assuming youre talking about 12 ga 3 1/2 inch mag shells..you canusally punch in the powder you wanta use and the makers of the poder will haverecipes for their powder..just pick a powder makers name and try it...also the thing i did was buy a shotgun shell reloading manual they have plenty of 3 1/2 inch loading material...charlie

MEC 3 1/2" conversion kit.

Precision Reloading has them.

Different models for loaders with primer tray and those without.

$71.29 without tray in my 2014 catalog. $90.99 with primer tray kit.

Of course you can get directly from MEC.

JA, think you're referring to the 2 1/2" kit. There are two holes in the main bar and two in the frame of the press. A little of fooling around and I believe you can go up to 3' - maybe 3 1/2. Call Mec and find out for sure.

No, that is the 3.5" kit. You cannot take the standard MEC Jr. up to 3.5" without it as far as I know. I did it to mine. The resizing tube and depriming as well as the crimp are much longer.

i got to get to loading up some high brass shells for the deer and turkey myself..cause it aint gona be long till seasons will be open and i want to spend ever possible hour in the woods...charlie
