I have been slowly acquiring reprinted catalogs for WRA Co., UMC and Remington, plus Eley-Kynoch-Nobel. Peters and Western have been elusive. I will keep looking though. Dave, the Peters book you mention, does it have timelines and such? Are there good photos? I don't want a history of the company that does not illustrate changes and new items. Cheers!

Does anyone have a photo of a shellbox, I think it is a Peter's box of a Duck that is landing on the water quacking. I remember seeing it someway and I was sure it was a Peters box.

There was a later Peters sample box on ebay last week that brought $299, but it was marked 'DuPont'. This set and a Winchester set were given to my dad when he was in High school, and writing a paper on something to do with shotshells. As a kid, I wrecked the Winchester box, for which I will forever be remorseful about.

UMC, Winchester and Peters have all used ducks in their label lithography.
Here's the hottest of the Peters boxes.

There is another, like the above linked one. It is over $300 right now.

Here's a box I dug out today that I forgot I had. Note the price sticker.
